Rooibos

Rooibos tea is a herbal tea which has its name derived from the translation. Rooibos means red bush and is pronounced ‘roy-boss’. It comes from the Fabaceae plant grown in South Africa.   It is typically prepared in the same manner as a black tea and often has milk and sugar added to taste. Rooibos tea is said to have many health benefits similar to the likes of green tea and matcha tea.
