Green Tea
Green tea is a well known tea for it’s health benefits. It originated in China and quickly began being grown throughout eastern Asia. Green tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant. Interestingly enough it is often used to make oolong and black teas. The Camellia Sinensis plant has many different varieties, which is where you get your many varieties of green tea.
