White Tea
by mikeyknight93
White tea is a lightly colored tea deriving from the same leaf as most tea, Camellia Sinensis. This variation is typically the least processed and most raw, also the earliest harvest. It is usually picked just before the plant has time to open and be dried and wither. It is a tea that has not been oxidized and typically will only get steamed or fired.
